We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media for a telecommunication and distribution company, demonstrating expertise in content creation, audience engagement, and data-driven decision-making.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and design corporate impact reports.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
  • Design, write, and edit engaging multimedia content (text, images, videos, infographics) tailored for each platform.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and voice.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a strong community by engaging with followers, influencers, and partners.
  • Implement social listening strategies to track brand sentiment and customer feedback.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analytics.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align social media efforts with promotions and product launches.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
  • Use data-driven strategies to refine content and advertising approaches.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Partner with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry leaders to amplify brand visibility.


Requirements:


  • 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the telecommunication or distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Experience in paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and influencer marketing is an added advantage.
