Job Description

• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of solutions, manage changes, and provide support during QA, deployment, and post-deployment phases.

• Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from trade finance (PSOD) and NSO departments.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and understanding of goals.

• Business Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs and effectively communicate these to the product owner and stakeholders.

• Solution Alignment: Ensure that the implemented solutions align with business objectives, meet quality standards, and adhere to security policies.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and issues to both management and the business team.

• Incident Management: Assist in resolving escalated production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.

• Process Advocacy: Advocate for process changes to enhance business and IT activities and contribute to the design of the future state of new product.
