Our client is one of the largest F&B groups in the country with multiple restaurant concepts under their pipeline of brands.
Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant across departments and functions.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, setting performance expectations and conducting regular reviews.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and reduce costs; implement improvement plans.
- Responsbile for store P&L and overall profitability.
As Our Client Is Looking For Restaurant Leaders To Handle Their More Elevated Dining Concepts, The Successful Assistant Restaurant Manager Candidate
- Must have experience in handling an elevated/ fine dining concept OR has been in the hotels/ hospitality space
- Excellent communication skills
- Possesses excellent personal presentation suitable for a fine dining environment
- At least 5 years of related work experience with career progression
An exciting opportunity for F&B talents to join one of the largest F&B entities in the country and to handle their new restaurant concept coming in as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
