In this role, you’ll excel and grow in the world of HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and automation tools, orchestrating sophisticated campaigns that capture attention, generate leads, and fuel growth.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and Innovate: Leverage your expertise in HubSpot Workflows to craft personalised, high-performing outreach sequences that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate and Create: Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and deliver engaging outbound campaigns that convert insights into action.
- Automate Success: Build and fine-tune automation rules, triggers, and sequences in HubSpot to streamline lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Dominate LinkedIn: Manage and optimise LinkedIn Automation Tools and Ads to expand reach and amplify campaign results.
- Optimise and Elevate: Continuously refine outreach strategies, ensuring every program achieves (or surpasses) its goals.
- Stay Cutting-Edge: Stay up to date with the latest in marketing automation, ensuring our workflows are ahead of the curve.
- Empower Teams: Share your HubSpot expertise, training colleagues on best practices to maximise workflow success.
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?
- HubSpot Expert: Proven track record in designing and executing successful outreach sequences using HubSpot Workflows.
- Automation Ace: Skilled in automation rules, filters, triggers, and actions within HubSpot and LinkedIn automation tools.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and optimise performance.
- Collaborative Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to work seamlessly with diverse teams.
- Detail-Obsessed (very important, given the scale of our projects): High standards for quality and a keen eye for the finer details.
- Thrives Under Pressure: Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Credentials: HubSpot certifications or equivalent training are highly regarded.
- B2B Background: Experience in B2B marketing or outbound sales? Even better!
