  - experience in a one man team department

  -graduate in Bachelors Degree in Computer courses

  -Candidates must age 35 below at least 3 years exp as an IT Manager 

  - knows all facets of IT department

  - Willing to work Onsite at head office Makati

  - with visual Basic Programming experience particularly in developing accounting systems

  -Willing to work onsite in Makati City Philippines
