JOB DESCRIPTION:

?  Bachelors degree holder

?  With at least 1- 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or any related role.

?  Amenable to work onsite

?  Willing to attend Face-to-Face Interview once invited

 ? Willing to start immediately.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

?  Respond to and route calls to the proper staff

? Welcome guests and customers and offer polite support.

?  Keep the front desk area tidy and orderly.

?  Answer emails and other messages.

?  Process mails and packages in coordination with other departments or managers
