• Oversee the outbound process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved
• Create of schedule and monitor tasks and duties; manage overall performance and attendance
• Coordinate with the Outbound Supervisor and Middle Mile team to ensure accurate linehaul allocation and timely pick up of parcels
• Ensure all parcels are loaded properly and dispatched to Last Mile hubs within the given SLA
• Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
• Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
• Provide reports to Inbound Lead and/or SOC Lead for internal performance reporting
  
  

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
• Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
• Keen with details and has a background in process improvement
• Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
• Amenable to be assigned in Bulacan
