This role focuses on identifying and onboarding exceptional talents skilled in livestreaming and content creation, including shooting, editing, and publishing content on TikTok and other social media platforms. The associate will actively promote AIRR Squad—our pool of digital talents—by explaining its benefits and ensuring a seamless transition from talent acquisition to integration into the squad. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for creative talent, and is dedicated to meeting volume targets while fostering a vibrant and diverse talent pool.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit talents specializing in livestreaming, content creation, and affiliate marketing. - Identify candidates proficient in shooting, editing, and publishing content on TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' creative, technical, and strategic skills.
• Promote and explain the AIRR Squad concept to prospective talents, emphasizing its benefits and opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition into AIRR Squad.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging talent opportunities.
• Track and meet monthly talent acquisition volume targets and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
• Maintain a database of active and prospective talents for ongoing engagement and recruitment efforts.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality digital talents across diverse platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles in digital or creative industries is not required, but a plus.
• Familiarity with TikTok, other livestreaming platforms, and social media content creation processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse talents.
• Goal-oriented mindset, enthusiastic about talking to a lot of people, and skilled at getting things done efficiently.
