Summary:

As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve leading a team, applying your expertise in software development, and supporting projects with your technical knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the team in software development tasks

Ensure project milestones are met

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition

Strong understanding of software development methodologies

Experience in leading software development projects

Knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Application Framework

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Self-motivated and good team player.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition
