Job Description:
We're seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be a key player in expanding our brand presence, forging strategic partnerships, and creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Craft expert-level, tailored proposals for corporate and university partnerships, showcasing our value proposition and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
* Create compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing channels, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
* Develop and execute brand advertising campaigns that align with our brand identity and drive engagement.
* Generate creative and engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other platforms.
* Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing initiatives.
* Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a marketing role. Newly graduate professional with experience in university marketing related activities is welcome to apply.
* Expert ability to create comprehensive and persuasive proposals for corporate and university partnerships.
* Strong copywriting and brand advertising skills.
* Proficiency in creative content creation across various platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., social media management platforms, email marketing software, analytics tools).
* Product photography skills are a significant plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* A portfolio demonstrating your copywriting, content creation, and proposal writing skills.
