Lead and drive operational excellence in Procure to Pay, focusing on process improvement, quality, efficiency, and speed of service delivery across procurement and accounts payable functions.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration between shared service teams and clients, ensuring high-quality support and effective service delivery management.

Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders, vendor contract management, and effective sourcing, bidding, and awarding.

Support project management efforts for new client or process migrations, while continuously improving accounts payable processes and ensuring timely invoice processing, reconciliation, and compliance.

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: BS Accountancy, Management or any Finance related course

MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED · 5+ years broad range experience in procurement and/or supply chain function with at least 3+ years in a managerial position · Graduate of a four-year course, preferably business related

  1.  Sound ERP and Supplier Relationship Management knowledge · 
  2. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Powerpoint, Excel and Word · 
  3. Excellent Analytical & Reporting skills 
  4. Knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes · 
  5. Excellent understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of customer service operation / Finance processes · 
  6. Excellent leadership skills especially in area of remote staff management. · Excellent negotiation skills- at highest level (capable of representing business in major customer negotiation /complex payment / allocation issues · 
  7. Able to establish credibility with internal /external customers able to tackle major customer related issues · 
  8. Enhanced analytical and innovation skills · 
  9. Excellent Problem-solving skills · 
  10. Proven Presentation skills · 
  11. Well defined coaching skills · 
  12. Market awareness and broad networking skills
