We are looking for a highly skilled and fast-paced 2D Motion Graphics Designer with high-level proficiency in After Effects. The ideal candidate must be able to strategically plan and execute animations quickly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Work quickly and strategically to optimize workflow and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts to align with creative briefs.
• Problem-solve and innovate to improve animation techniques and speed up production.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and creative teams to ensure cohesive designs.
• Optimize animations for various platforms (web, mobile, social media).
• Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in After Effects (must be able to work fast and efficiently).
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to strategically plan tasks and optimize workflows for speed.
• Deep understanding of animation principles, timing, and composition.
• Experience with motion tracking, compositing, and kinetic typography.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A strong portfolio showcasing fast, high-quality motion design work.
