HPL Gamedesign Corporation is looking for a Unity Game Developer, remote (ASAP)We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Unity Game Developer to join our team, specializing in playable ad development for mobile games. You will be responsible for creating engaging 2D and 3D interactive ads using Unity and Luna by Unity (Playworks), ensuring smooth performance, interactive gameplay mechanics, and seamless integration with advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive playable ads (both 2D and 3D) using Unity and Luna by Unity (Playworks).
• Collaborate with the Creative Team (Graphic Designers, Animators, and 3D Artists) to integrate assets and animations into playable ads.
• Implement game mechanics, UI interactions, and ad logic to ensure high engagement.
• Optimize playable ads for performance, loading speed, and file size to meet ad network requirements.
• Debug, test, and iterate on playable ad prototypes to ensure smooth functionality.
• Work closely with marketing and game teams to align ad creatives with game branding and KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends in mobile advertising, Unity development, and interactive ad formats.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Unity game development, preferably with a focus on playable ads, hyper-casual games, or interactive experiences.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming and Unity’s 2D/3D systems.
• Experience working with Luna by Unity (Playworks) or other ad development tools.
• Knowledge of mobile optimization techniques (reducing file size, improving FPS, efficient asset management).
• Understanding of basic game physics, UI/UX interactions, and animations in Unity.
• Familiarity with ad networks such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and ironSource.
• Ability to debug, optimize, and troubleshoot technical issues in playable ads.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and an eye for interactive ad engagement.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
