To work as part of the Pioneer team in a hotel in BGC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cash transactions of hotel and restaurant are accounted for

• Ensure petty cash reserves are checked and replenished on time

• Ensure receivables of hotel and restaurant are billed on time

• Checks timekeeping of staff

• Ensure proper recording into Xero of daily transactions

• Audit any financial transactions in the hotel

Requirements

• Accounting (or related field) graduates of leading universities preferred or equivalent

• Minimum of 1-3 years working experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• Experience working in a Hotel or Restaurant setting (optional)

• Knowledge in bookkeeping and government taxes

• Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and exciting environment
