Primary Responsibilities

· Ensure efficient implementation and continuous improvement of administrative and facilities processes. Manage office supplies, assets, and equipment maintenance. Organize and maintain files and handle document and delivery management.

· Participate in employee engagement programs, facilitate information dissemination, and address inquiries. Assist with logistical arrangements for meetings and events and support additional projects.

· Support office layout, space utilization, moves, and renovations, while ensuring a clean and orderly environment. Manage storage and coordinate repairs and maintenance.

· Ensure health and safety compliance, conduct inspections, and support risk management and disaster recovery plans.

· Uphold cost efficiency, liaise with vendors, manage accreditation and invoicing requirements, and monitor vendor performance. Work with Finance to ensure timely payments.

· Assist in driving the team’s operational efficiency.

· Assist in identifying areas for individual and team improvement and help initiate the subsequent mitigating and long-term development plans for the team.


What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in office administration, facilities/property management, hospitality, vendor, transport, or procurement management.
  • Extensive knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and complete tasks with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with high emotional intelligence to manage changing priorities and diverse personalities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work across various subsidiary locations, including Taguig, Mandaluyong, Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and Bacoor, Cavite.
